How to Log In to Operate

Learn how to successfully access Operate through the browser or mobile application

Scope / Applicability

Applies to:

  • All registered users of the Operate solution (contact your Administrator to be registered)
  • Supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox (latest two versions)
  • Supported mobile devices: iOS or Android phones and tablets (via the respective app stores)
  • Login URL: https://app.operate.ai
Prerequisites:
  • An active user account (contact your Administrator to be registered)
  • Access to the email address used during registration
  • Internet connectivity

Symptoms / Problem Statement

Users must log in to access Operate functionality. Some users may see login errors due to incorrect credentials or expired passwords.

Resolution / Procedure

  1. Go to the login page
    Open your browser and navigate to: https://app.operate.ai/sign-in
  2. Enter your credentials
    Email Address: enter your registered business email.
    Password: enter your account password.
    First-time users: look for an email with the subject line “Your temporary password.” Use this password to log in, then follow the prompt to create a new password.
  3. Log in
    Click the “Log In” button.
    After successful authentication, you will be redirected to your Properties page.

If You Forgot Your Password

  1. Click “Forgot password?” below the Log In button.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a password reset link via email.

Verification / Validation

  • Successful login redirects to the Properties page.
  • Your company or branch name appears in the upper-left corner.
  • If you see “Invalid email or password,” verify your email and password and try again.
