How to Use the My Properties Quick Filter
Learn how to successfully assign properties and filter them using the My Properties quick filter
A quick filter is a simple, pre-set option you can tap to instantly narrow a list of items to only those that are relevant to the label on the filter. It helps you quickly find what you need without having to set up detailed search or filter criteria. Quick filters can be toggled on (dark background) or off (white background).
The My Properties quick filter can be found on the Properties list for users that are designated as Account Managers. It is used to present only those Properties that are currently assigned to the logged in user.
When the user toggles the My Properties quick filter on, the number of Properties listed are reduced to only those assigned to the current user and the Properties count changes to reflect the filtered list. For example, a Properties count of "(48 of 287)" indicates that the Organization has 287 active Properties and 48 of them are assigned to the current user.
If an Account Manager is not seeing a Property that is expected to be in their list, then it is likely that the Property is not currently assigned to them. This can be resolved by editing the Assigned To field in the Property record by following these steps:
Step 1 - Find the Property

If the My Properties quick filter is toggled on, then toggle it off to list all of the properties (including those that are not currently assigned to you).
- Search for the Property by typing a part of the name or address in the search field
- Select the Property
Step 2 - Edit the Property
- Tap on the Info function to display information details about the Property
- Tap on the pencil icon in the Details section header to enter edit mode
- Tap the drop-down component to select the right Account Manager in the Assigned To field
- Tap Save to commit the change
Step 3 - Validate Assignment

Return to the Properties list
- Toggle on the My Properties list to display only those that are assigned to the current user
- Search for the Property - if it is in your My Properties list, then it was correctly Assigned To you
